• All items sold are vintage or collectible and may show signs of wear, distress, or previous use. We do our best to describe each item accurately and provide photos to reflect its condition.

• Because of the unique nature of our products, quantities are limited—most items are one-of-a-kind.

2. Orders & Payment

• Orders are processed once payment is received in full.

• We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

• Customers have 48 hours from the time of payment to cancel an order. After this period, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

3. Shipping

• Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all information is accurate.

• Shipping times may vary, and we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including returns.

4. Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the unique and vintage nature of our items, returns are not guaranteed once an order has shipped.

• Customers may request a return by submitting photos and a written explanation of the issue. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Product Descriptions

• We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions and photos. However, minor variations in color, size, or condition may occur.

• Items are sold “as is” and may have natural imperfections that add to their character.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Vintage Vogue LLC is not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries related to the use or misuse of our products.

• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
